Housing Programs

Western Egyptian EOC, Inc. offers HUD Certified Housing Counseling which includes pre-purchase education, post-purchase education, credit and budget counseling/financial literacy, rental counseling and foreclosure prevention counseling.  Services are provided for low- to moderate-income residents in the following Illinois counties:  Alexander, Franklin, Gallatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnson, Massac, Monroe, Perry, Pope, Pulaski, Randolph, Saline, St. Clair, Union, Washington, White and Williamson.
